The cat ate my Gymsuit: Literacy circles
Task:
My task was to be a summarizer and I had right a
summary in high detail of what happened between the chapters we read which is chapter
1 to chapter 11.
Summary:
Marcy the protagonist is going through a tough time in 6 grades.
She hates almost everything in her life including her father. Even though she
has a rich average time, she is struggling because of her weight issues and she
doesn’t go to gym class because her gym suit will be too tight exposing dead
weight. Marcy is over think how others feel about her making her even more insecure
and not so socially linked. She is in a club named Smelly and its only working
out because of her lovely teacher Ms. Finney.
Ms. Finney gets fired from her job due to keeping a secret and not
saying anything about it.

a after school club named Smedley and its only working out because of Ms. Finney.

Macy likes named Joel seems interested in her and he is involved with her because
he is in her class, same club(Smedley) pulse she is working with him because
they are working together in finding out why
Ms. Finney was fired.
